Pop art and 80s. This is the philosophy moving the designers Dan and Dean Caten for the creation of the SS 2015 DSQUARED2 Menswear. The tailoring cut of the collection is easy and clean, with tight pants just above the ankle, board shorts and classic outerwear. What stuns is the use of colours: bright pinks, blues, yellows and greens that stands out the moment the model gets out on the catwalk. And graphics: cats are presented in various and comics-style ways and graffiti appears on jackets and T-shirts. A word has to be spent surely on the colourful military pattern which really gives an original look. Great idea the development of the fashion-show background, which presents the loft of an artist, with included a fake photo shooting.
